Biography

Global Head of ESG Corporate Bank at Deutsche Bank & Member of the Corporate Bank Executive Committee Lavinia Bauerochse is Global Head of ESG at Deutsche Bank‘s Corporate Bank and member of the divisional Executive Committee of Corporate Bank. In her role, Lavinia is responsible for the Sustainable Finance dialogue with corporate clients of Corporate Bank globally as well as defining Corporate Bank’s ESG strategy and offering. Lavinia is Co-leading the Energy and Real Economy Transition Workstream of GFANZ, member of the Advisory Board of PlanA.Earth and member of the Standing Committee of the Green and Sustainable Finance Cluster Germany. Lavinia is with Deutsche Bank for more than 20 years. Prior to her current role, she was Chief Operating Officer for Corporate Bank Germany, and held leadership roles at Deutsche Bank, both in Germany and the UK. Lavinia is originally from the North of Germany and holds an MBA from the European School of Management and Technology (ESMT) in Berlin.
