Manasi Kumbhat

Biography

Manasi is the Futures Network Coordinator in the Strategy and Futures team at the Executive Office of UNDP. Manasi is an Innovation Strategist with 15 years of diverse experience across multiple industries. She began her career in financial markets and spent six years at a food manufacturing conglomerate-Cargill, in diverse roles such as Strategic Pricing, Sales, and Business Strategy. She led the Disruptive Innovation and Emerging Technology initiatives in Cargill's Cocoa and Chocolate business, where she focussed on applying Design thinking and Lean start-up methodologies across multiple innovation projects for the company. Following her corporate tenure, Manasi joined Board of Innovation, an international Innovation Consulting firm. Here, she provided strategic guidance to large corporations, public institutions, and NGOs, specializing in Service and Product Design, Ecosystem Mapping, Innovation Portfolio Management, and Strategic Foresight.
