Paul van Aalst

Biography

Paul van Aalst has over 20 years of experience with investing in the clean energy sector in emerging markets. He has been engaged in investing seed capital and growth capital across technologies and business models and has developed and managed several investment funds in the sector. Specific sectors of experience include clean energy, the blue economy and other climate related sectors. As a consultant, his themes are financing of innovative businesses in emerging markets, leading complex projects and coaching his clients. Paul uses his extensive experience in investing in innovative business models to include trends and developments in concrete implementation. He operates out of Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Paul leads the GET.invest Finance Catalyst team.
