Zingiswa Losi

Biography

Zingiswa Losi is a South African trade unionist and politician. She was elected as a 2nd Deputy President of COSATU in 2009, held that position until she was elected unopposed as the first female president of the Congress of South African Trade Unions (COSATU) in 2018 September 20th and reelacted September 2022 She is a President of the Southern African Trade Union Coordinating Council (SATUCC) in the SADC Region elected in 2017 October in Tanzania with 21 Affiliates and reelected in 2022 October in South Africa Elected as a member of ITUC General Council in Melbourne, Australia in November c2022 EDUCATION *Certificate in Media and Communication Strategy - Institute for the Advancement of Journalism. *Higher certificate in Business management - Regent business school *Certificate in Project Management - Rhodes Business school *Certificate in Business Development Management with University of Cape Town
