Biography
An Economist and Financial analyst with vast expertise in Somalia’s socioeconomic and developmental sectors. Previously served as Fiscal Analyst and a member of Somalia's National Economic Council(NEC) and played a pivotal role in formulating and championing policies focused on revenue mobilization, addressing Somalia’s trade deficit, and designing a post-HIPC development framework for Somalia. Currently serving as the Director General (DG) of Somali Development and Reconstruction Bank (SDRB), leading the implementation of Somalia's National Transformation Plan (NTP) and paving the way for the realization of Somalia's Centennial Vision 2060.
