Biography
Catrin Jung is Senior Vice President and Head of Business Area Wind at Vattenfall, a role she took on in July 2025. She joined the company in 2002 after earning her engineering degree from Leipzig University of Applied Sciences and has since held a range of senior positions focused on strategy, market development, and investment planning. Her leadership journey includes heading business strategy for Vattenfall’s Continental/UK region, leading Portfolio and Business Development in the Wind business area, and managing the Offshore Wind unit from 2020 to 2025. Catrin also completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University, strengthening her strategic and leadership expertise.
