Education - University of Latvia, Master's degree in law and MBA from Riga Business School (RBS). Head of Geomatics and Smart City Development in Riga City Development Department. More than 13 years of experience in geospatial data management, including modernization of geospatial data circulation in the municipality, digitalization of geospatial data services, creation of city GIS, development of digital twins etc. For the last 5 years actively involved in the development of the Riga Smart City and the creation of a unified and clear smart city management model, as well as promoting an internal innovation culture in Riga Municipality
