Ev Bangemann

Biography

Ev Bangemann is a Partner at EY in Germany and leads the Climate Change & Sustainability Services practice. As a certified public accountant and tax advisor, she supports companies in strategically integrating sustainability into their business models, thereby strengthening long-term value creation and resilience in an evolving environment. She brings extensive experience in both financial and non-financial reporting, particularly in the context of regulatory requirements such as CSRD and IFRS, as well as in transformation and transaction projects. A key focus of her work is the development of sustainable reporting and steering structures, as well as the integration of sustainability objectives into operational business processes. In addition to her advisory work, Ev Bangemann is a sought-after speaker at international conferences and the author of various studies and publications, including on sustainability reporting and diversity & inclusiveness. She is also strongly committed to inclusiveness: she serves as Co-Chair of the Europe West Inclusiveness Steering Committee at EY and has been a member of the global EY Inclusiveness Committee since 2022.
