Engr. Faruk Yusuf Yabo, FNSE, FSESN, FICA is the Permanent Secretary of Nigeria’s Federal Ministry of Solid Minerals Development and a leading advocate for digital transformation, public sector innovation, and sustainable development. With over 30 years of experience in engineering, governance, and public administration, he has spearheaded major government reform initiatives and champions the use of technology, data, and strategic partnerships to drive economic growth and improve public service delivery. He is also Co-Chair of the Green Guarantee Group (GGG) representing Nigeria and a frequent speaker on digital governance, responsible AI, sustainable finance, and development policy.
