Biography
Harvey leads UKEF’s relationships with the multilateral and development finance institutions at UK Export Finance. He has spent ten years working for the UK Government on international development, specialising in mobilising private sector solutions to the climate crisis. Between 2022-24, he led the British Embassy's economic development work in Kinshasa, DR Congo.
