Biography
Jeff Kwarteng Jacobsen is a management consultant and public-sector advisor working at the intersection of international development and Germany-Africa relations. He has extensive experience on advising governments, multilateral institutions and public sector organizations from strategy to implementation. He is a founding member of AiDiA, co-founder of Boldly and Special Advisor Diaspora Affairs Ghana as well as Board Member at Afrika-Verein, the German-African Business Association. His work focuses on how diaspora networks can strengthen trust and long-term economic cooperation between Germany and Africa.
