Biography
Michele Diekmann is Director of Sector Policy at KfW Development Bank in Frankfurt, with over two decades of experience in international development cooperation. She has been holding her current position as Director of the Sector Policy Department since June 2024. Between 2015 and 2024 she was Head of Division, amongst others for the unit Crisis Prevention and Response in the Middle East Region. Prior to this she was Senior Manager Strategy and Partnerships for several years. Ms. Diekmann holds a Master’s Degree in International Management from the Maastricht University of Business and Economics.
