Pauline Koelbl is the Founder and CEO of ShEquity Partners (“ShEquity), an investment firm backing climate-focused, gender-smart businesses across Africa. A recognized visionary leader, she is committed to building a sustainable and prosperous Africa where gender equity and environmental stewardship drive economic transformation. Through ShEquity, Pauline invests at the intersection of gender and climate, supporting scalable, profitable, and high-impact businesses that strengthen climate resilience and accelerate Africa’s inclusive green transition. Pauline serves on several boards of impact-driven institutions, companies. A double Fulbright, Pauline holds an Executive Education in Innovation for Economic Development from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government, a Master’s Degree in Poverty and Development from the Institute of Development Studies (IDS) at the University of Sussex, UK, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies (Honors) from the University of Arizona, USA.
