Biography
Rosario is a SDGs activist, Founder & Executive Director of The Millennials Movement, currently serves as Co Facilitator of the Latin American and Caribbean Civil Society Mechanism - MGoS and the LAC Impact Coalition for the Pact for the Future. Rosario is an Obama Foundation Scholar 2019-2020 and holds a Master's Degree on International Development and Policy at the University of Chicago and member of the Group of Advocates for the Right to Development at the University for Peace and the OHCHR. Rosario is a former Member of the Youth Advisory Board for the Human Rights of Youth partnership of the Office of the High Commissioner of Human Rights, Education Above All and Silatech.
