Stephan Koehne

Biography

Dr. Stephan Koehne is the CEO and managing partner of TS Group, an Aachen-based industrial group of eleven companies and more than 200 employees operating worldwide in furnace and gear box manufacturing, green steel, energy-storage production systems, and DAC, with a strategic focus on green technology. He holds a Dr.-Ing. in mechanical engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and has built his career across engineering-driven manufacturing and clean-tech ventures, including leadership positions at TS Elino, TS Henschel, HyIron, and FCPower. Under his direction, TS Group has expanded its footprint in sustainable industrial technologies while actively reshaping its portfolio. Dr. Koehne brings more than three decades of experience at the intersection of mechanical engineering, industrial transformation, and the transition to greener production technologies.
