With more than 25 years of academic and professional experience in sustainability, Dr. Karazhan brings is Central Asian perspective to the global climate finance dialogue. Now with ORF lead High Level Empowered Board on Green Transition Yerlik proposes new opportunities for synergies between developing nations and Central Asia, drawing upon India, China and other agendas in relations with MDBs.
