Biography

Holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of São Paulo (2003), a master's degree in Economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2008), a doctorate in Economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2013), and a postdoctoral fellowship at the International Post-Doc Initiative/ Marie Curie Actions at the Technical University of Berlin. She is currently Undersecretary for Sustainable Economic Development at the Secretariat of Economic Policy of the Ministry of Finance, transferred from her assignment as assistant professor at the Federal University of ABC. She is leading some of the key instruments of the Ecological TRansformation Plan, such as the Brazilian ETS and the sustainable taxonomy.
