Biography

Ms. Dongning Yang is the Vice President of the Export-Import Bank of China. Prior to joining China Eximbank, Dr. Yang held various positions at the National Financial Regulatory Administration of China and China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission. Before that, Dr. Yang worked in Chinese and international financial institutions. In addition, she also has working experience in local government in China.
