Biography
Since 2000 in various positions within the Mercedes-Benz AG – from vehicle testing to program director compact cars to program director powertrain and electric drive system. In 2019 appointed as Chief Engineer for the electric powertrain system integration including high voltage system and charging components, responsible for all Mercedes-Benz EQs. In 2022 appointed Director for Charging and High Voltage System, overall responsible for charging “onboard” and “offboard” the vehicle. Since 2023 fully dedicated to Mercedes Benz Charging Solutions and appointed Chief Technical Officer of the newly founded Mercedes Benz Charging Unit, responsible for charging solutions in public, at home and for fleets.
