Biography

Jan Christian Menden is a graduated double-major student in Political Science & European Cultural Studies with over 10 years of experience in political engagement and activism, especially in the areas of european, foreign and developmental policy. These ranged from advocacy work as ONE Youth Ambassador, think tank work as EU & Europe Director of the Young Initiative on Foreign Affairs and International Relations, election campaign management for a german party, consulting work for intercultural NGOs, to engagements in student councils and initiatives (Young European Federalists, Model United Nations New York, International Student Commitment e.V., student council of Berlin, University Group for Foreign and Security Policy).
