Biography

Mr Johannes M. Böhmer was appointed Vice-Governor for Social Development Strategy at the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) in 2022, following 12 years in a wide range of senior positions at the Bank. He has extensive previous experience in auditing, consulting and business development and holds an MBA in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Mannheim.
