Kwame Owino is the Chief Executive Officer of the Institute of Economic Affairs in Kenya (IEA-Kenya). The IEA-Kenya is the premier economics and public affairs think tank whose purpose is to advance the views of professionals in policy discourse, and the search for and present market-based solutions that preserve economic and political freedoms within Kenya.
