Biography

Leticia Ferreras Astorqui is a senior portfolio manager in the Allianz Global Investors’ Development Finance & Impact Credit team. She joined AllianzGI in July 2020 to help expand the organization's presence in Emerging Markets (EM) through various development finance strategies, including blended finance vehicles. Leticia is currently leading the structuring and launching of AllianzGI's upcoming third, large scale, blended finance debt fund that aims to reduce the SDG funding gap across sectors in Emerging Markets. Prior to joining AllianzGI, Leticia worked at Macquarie Capital focusing on principal investments across energy projects in LatinAmerica. Before that, she was part of the Project Finance team at MUFG based out of New York focusing on infrastructure and energy transactions across the Americas.
