Lillian is an innovation strategist focused on advancing African-led solutions to sustainability, inclusive development, and systems change. Her work brings together evidence, local insight, and future-focused thinking to shape practical, meaningful change in cities, informal economies, and youth employment systems. She has led a range of initiatives that test new approaches to impact, from insights labs and evaluation frameworks to youth-driven models that centre dignity, ownership, and long-term value. With a strong belief in co-creation and grounded practice, she supports organisations and communities to navigate complexity and move from ideas to action. At her core, she is driven by the question: what does it take to build systems that work — and last — for more people, in more places?
