Luc Bagur

Biography

Luc Bagur has a 30-year international career focusing on the nexus of international relations, global and development issues. He is currently Director for Sustainable Development Policy and Coordination at the Directorate-General for International partnerships. In his capacity, Luc Bagur oversees the policy formulation on global development issues, the promotion of development effectiveness, and the implementation of the Global Gateway Strategy; the dialogue with strategic bilateral partners, the G7 & G20 development agendas, and the relations with UN & OECD; the design of the financing instruments and their multi-annual programming; the results agenda, the monitoring tools on performance and the impact evaluations.
