Biography: HONOURABLE NOAH FREEMAN CHIMPENI (MP)—DEPUTY MINISTER OF HEALTH, MALAWI Hon. Noah Chimpeni, (MP) is a seasoned politician who is serving his second term as Member of Parliament for Nkhatabay South East. Hon. Noah Chimpeni is currently Deputy Minister of Health; born on 2nd February, 1968. He worked as a journalist for UDF News; worked as Chief Telephone Sales Officer for the then Malawi Posts and Telecoms Corporation. Thereafter Hon. Noah Chimpeni worked as a Project Coordinator for the then Television Malawi. Hon. Noah Chimpeni (MP) went to Kamuzu Academy then Chancellor College from where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree, majoring in Social Psychology and English.
