Biography

Rogelio De los Santos is a husband and father of four who describes himself as an explorer, fast learner, investor, entrepreneur-centric, and dreamer. He is the founder and funder of venture-stage disruptive companies and is recognized for building high-impact initiatives. As the founding Managing Partner of Dalus Capital, he supports entrepreneurs and ecosystem development. He is actively involved with universities, serving as a trustee of Tec de Monterrey and a member of the International Board of Advisors (IBA) at the University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, he is an honorary board member of ASEM (Mexican National Entrepreneurs Association). Since 2013, he has founded and chairs incMTY, the Latin American innovation and entrepreneurship festival. De los Santos earned an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tec de Monterrey, a master's degree in Business Leadership from Duxx, an honorary degree from Babson College, and an ecosystem development certificate from MIT.
