Biography
Sophie Naue is an urban planner and Innovation Specialist with over 15 years of professional experience, combining academia and practice in international projects, with a focus on urban informality, co-creation processes, and digital transformation. Since 2022, she has worked as a scientific lead at UNITAC (United Nations Innovation Technology Accelerator for Cities) based at HafenCity University in Hamburg. She leads UNITAC's overall research activities, focusing on designing participatory urban data solutions, conducting applied research, and implementing sustainable data strategies for piloting cities around the world.
